Demos è uno spazio di produzione musicale e registrazione aperto e itinerante, disposto perché qualsiasi persona che partecipi possa comporre una canzone, registrarla e portarsela a casa in poche ore.

È anche lo spazio in cui si costruisce un autoritratto collettivo della comunità e del territorio attraverso la musica, un osservatorio che si propone di esplorare il paesaggio musicale locale delle città in cui opera, costruendo un archivio di canzoni che ritraggono le diversità culturali e gli inattesi ponti culturali tra estremi del mondo.

Demos is a portable recording and music production studio, developed to make everyday people compose a song, record and mix it, and take it home after a few hours.

In every session of the station we experiment new ways of collective creation, based on the collaboration between strangers aiming to develop a collective self-portrait through self-produced music.

Demos project aims to be an experiment of radical democracy in musical expression, which tries to stimulate individual consciousness and collective collaboration.
